These Terms & Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is open to GB residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion, including employees and officers (and their immediate family) of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group.
  2. Purchase is necessary as described below. Keep packaging for on-pack batch code image and further verification if required. Retain proof of purchase. Internet access required.
  3. Main Promotional Period: The Main Promotional Period opens at 09:00 BST on 17.03.25 and closes 23.59 GMT 22.06.25. Purchases must be made and online entries completed within this period for a chance to win. Any entries received after the close of the Main Promotional Period and before the close of the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period will be allocated to the Wrap Up Draw. All valid entrants during the Main Promotional Period will also be eligible to claim a £70 off Jet2holidays voucher.
  4. Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period: There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 22.08.25 from all valid entries received between 00:00 GMT on 23.06.25. and 23:59 on 21.08.25. Any entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period will not be accepted.

To enter prize draws, participants must purchase either during the Main Promotional Period or Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period a participating promotional pack of Birds Eye Chips from any retailers including Sainsbury’s Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Iceland and Ocado, subject to availability and whilst stocks last:

  6. Entrants are then required to visit www.birdseyetripswithchips.co.uk, and enter the batch code found on pack, along with full name, mobile telephone number, valid email address (which is accessible throughout the promotion) and select where purchased from drop down menu of retailers during either the Main Promotional Period or Wrap Up Draw Period. The batch code can be found on the back of pack in a white panel underneath the barcode.
  7. Promotional weeks for the weekly prize draws will run Monday to Sunday across the Main Promotional Period. All entries in a promotional week during the Main Promotional Period will be eligible for the corresponding weekly draw to held on the Tuesday following the end of the relevant promotional week. All entries received during the Wrap Up Draw period will be eligible for the Wrap Up Draw.
  8. During the Main Promotional Period entrants can only enter once per day and win a maximum of one of each type of prize.
  9. During the Wrap Up Promotional Period entrants can only enter once and win a maximum of one of each type of prize.
  10. Entry requires the purchase of a promotional pack of Birds Eye Chips from any major retailer. Entrants must retain product packaging for on-pack batch code image and proof of purchase dated within the full Promotional Period for each individual entry, as they will be required for verification in the event of a win. Please note receipts must pre-date the entry and purchases must be made during the main Promotional Period, or the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period for entries into the Wrap Up Draw.
  11. Only genuine batch codes printed on pack can be used. Batch codes cannot be sold or transferred. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine batch codes in this Promotion will mean disqualification of entry.
  12. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  13. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  14. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who made an entry on some else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

    15. Prizes & Rewards

  15. There is a maximum total of 1,775 prizes available to be won as detailed hereafter.
  16. During the Main Promotional Period, there shall be a maximum total of 1,760 prizes available to be won across 10 x prize draws, and there shall be a maximum of 176 prizes to be won per prize draw during the term of the Main Promotional Period. These include:
    • A maximum total of 10 x £4,000 Jet2holiday vouchers (one voucher available to be won per prize draw)
    • A maximum total of 750 x pairs of ‘Chip Flops’ – (sizes consist of 250x large, 250x medium and 250x small) – a maximum of 75 ‘Chip Flops’ are available to be won per prize draw.) Sizes shall be the winners’ choice and are subject to availability
    • A maximum total of 1,000 x £10 off Birds Eye coupons to be used at selected retailers – (a maximum of 100 coupons are available to be won per prize draw)
  17. During the Wrap Up Promotional Period, there shall be a maximum total of 15 prizes to be won, and the Wrap Up Draw Prizes shall consist of a maximum total of 15x pairs of ‘Chip Flops’. Sizes shall be the winners’ choice and are subject to availability.
  18. All valid entrants during the Main Promotional Period will also be eligible to claim a £70 off Jet2holidays voucher reward.
  19. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The Jet2holiday voucher and £10 meal coupon prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or auctioned.

    20. Further prize details and terms and conditions:

    1. Jet2holidays £4,000 voucher

      One prize winner per prize draw will win one voucher to the value of £4,000 to spend on Jet2holidays. Each winner will win a Jet2holidays voucher to the value of £4,000 (“the Prize”). Please note, it must be used by each winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, booked via the Jet2holidays prize winners team via the email address provided during prize claim, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking. The winners may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize but the difference in value must be paid in full at the same time. If the total cost of the holiday(s) that the winner selects totals less than discount amount, the winner shall not be entitled to the difference, and that additional amount shall be forfeited.

      The voucher may only be used once and must be used by 31st August 2025, and all travel must be completed by 31st October 2026.

      The voucher can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at each winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.

      If any holiday booked by a winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).

      Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included.

      If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.

      Where the holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Promotion terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion terms and conditions, the Promotion terms and conditions will take precedence.

      Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value or greater).

      The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by each prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once booking has been made it cannot be amended.

      All passengers must have a valid passport to travel with an expiry date no less than 6 months following the date of travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements of the destination country including heath or medical requirements or similar.

      Travel insurance is not included. It is the winner’s and their guests’ responsibility to take out adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the prize trip. Jet2holidays Holidays will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred through a winners’ failure to take out adequate insurance.

      The winners and their guests are solely responsible for all expenses not expressly stated as being included as part of the booked holiday. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including, but not limited to additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the winner’s and their guests’ own responsibility.

      When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).

      Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Neither the Promoter or Jet2holidays will be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of the Promoter or Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by the Promoter’s or Jet2holidays’ negligence or for fraud.

    2. ‘Chip Flops’

      There is a maximum of 750 pairs of Chip Flops available to be won and these will be Birds Eye branded and available in small, medium and large sizes.

    3. £10 off Birds Eye Coupons

      There is a maximum of 1,000 x £10 off meal coupons to be won and a maximum of 100 coupons to be won per prize draw

      1. Eligible winners will receive their coupon via email to the email address provided on entry.
      2. Coupons can be redeemed at selected stores of the following retailers:
        1. Tesco
        2. Asda
        3. Morrisons
        4. Waitrose
        5. Sainsbury’s
        6. Iceland
      3. The coupon can be used as full or part payment for any Birds Eye products from a selected retailer in-store only.
      4. The coupon must be printed out for use.
      5. The coupon is valid for one transaction. If there is any remaining balance after the transaction, the remainder will be lost and forfeited.
      6. The coupon will be valid for 8 weeks from receipt of coupon link. Expiry date will be shown on coupon.
      7. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Only one coupon may be used per product purchased.
      8. The coupon may not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred or auctioned.
      9. Only original and undamaged coupons will be accepted. All retailers reserve the right to reject invalid coupons. The coupon must be surrendered upon use.
      10. Coupons are valid at self-checkouts, however some retailers may require manual intervention in order to redeem.
      11. Coupon redemption is at the retailers’ discretion and retailers may limit only two coupons of the same type and value to be redeemed in one purchase transaction.
      12. Full coupon terms and conditions will be printed on the coupon.

    Weekly Prize Draw Winner Selection, Notification and Claim

  20. During the Main Promotional Period, there shall be a total of (1) 1x £4,000 All-Inclusive Jet2holiday voucher, (2) 75x Chip Flops and (3) 100x £10 Birds Eye meal coupons to be won in 10x prize draws.

    All entrants will be entered into the corresponding draw to win. Winners will be chosen over a period of 10 weeks by a randomised computer process for all valid entries received in that period as per the dates below. Promotional weeks for the weekly prize draws will run Monday to Sunday across the Main Promotional Period. All draws will be made on the Tuesday following each week of the Promotion, commencing 17.03.25 and ending 22.06.25, at which point winners will be drawn from all valid entries received in the preceding week of the Promotion within the Main Promotional Period.

    During each prize draw selection, the first winner to be drawn will win the 1x £4,000 Jet2holiday voucher, the next 75 to be drawn will win a pair of Chip Flops, and the next 100 to be drawn will win 1x £10 Birds Eye meal coupon, and the next. A redraw is held if a winner has previously won a prize of that type. Further details are outlined below:

    21. £4,000 Jet2holidays voucher prize

  21. £4,000 Jet2holiday voucher winners will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number submitted upon entry, within 7 days of each draw date, as outlined in Clause 21. This text message will include a Uniform Resource Name (URN) for £4,000 Jet2holidays voucher winners’ to quote when claim their prize. They will be required to respond with the URN and upload proof of purchase and image of batch code to the email address supplied (holidays@birdseyetripswithchips.co.uk) and must confirm acceptance of their prize and provide proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly stating the winner’s date of birth) within 14 days of the notifying text message.
    County of residence will be requested from Jet2holidays voucher winners for the purpose of collating the overall Promotion Winners the winners list unless an objection is received. Winners will be required to retain their receipt and product packaging in the event that it is needed for further verification.
  22. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim their prize for a period of 3 months after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
  23. Upon receipt of a valid claim and the completion of the verification process, prize winners will be contacted via email, within 14 days, to advise next steps on booking their holiday. Prize winners will be invited to email Jet2holidays with a unique prize code to book their holiday direct with the Jet2holidays team.

    24. Chip Flop winners

  24. Chip Flop winners will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number they submitted on entry, within 7 days of each draw date, as outlined in Clause 21. This text message will include a unique claim link to go on. Winners will be required to complete the form with their GB based home postal address to receive their prize and their preferred size and must confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of the notifying text message. Please note sizes are subject to availability and the Promoter cannot guarantee preferred size will be received. Winners will be required to retain their receipt and product packaging in the event that it is needed for verification. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, or rejects the prize or are ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice for each Chip Flop prize after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
  25. Chip Flop winners will be sent their Chip Flops to the GB based home postal address provided, within 28 days of receiving the home postal address via standard post. In the event a winner provides an address provided which is not GB based, they will be requested once to re-send details of a GB based home postal address; failure to do so will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.

    26. £10 off Birds Eye coupon winners

  26. The winners of the £10 off Birds Eye meal coupon will be emailed their coupon to the email address stated upon entry within 14 days of each draw taking place.

    27. Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection, Notification & Claim

  27. There will be a maximum total of 15x Chip Flop winners will be randomly drawn by computer process from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period on 22.08.25.
  28. Wrap Up Draw Winners will be contacted by 05.09.25 via text message to the mobile number used on entry and will be required to provide acceptance of their prize and provide details of their GB based home postal address within 14 days of the notifying text message to the email address provided. Winners will be required to keep their proof of purchase and packaging in the event that it is needed for verification. If a winner does not respond to the initial notifying text message within 14 days, or rejects the prize or are ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. It is the responsibility of all entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat twice for each Chip Flop prize after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time to check if they are a winner.
  29. Winners will be sent their Chip Flops to the GB based home postal address provided within 28 days of receiving their home postal address via standard post. In the event a winner provides an address provided which is not GB based, they will be requested once to re-send details of a GB based home postal address; failure to do so will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
  30. It remains the sole responsibility of the winners of any prize to check their messages and emails (including junk/spam) to ensure they are in receipt of any communications sent to them.

    31. Use of Jet2holidays £70 Voucher Terms & Conditions

    • Following entry, all valid entries will be served a unique promotional code on-screen and via email to the email address provided on entry. One voucher only per person throughout the Main Promotional Period. This code can be used when booking a Jet2holiday. One unique voucher per booking which may only be used once. Voucher must be used by 14.07.25
    • The promotion code must be added at the time of booking.
    • Offer only valid on new holidays booked between 00:01 17March 2025 and 23:59 GMT 14th July 2025

    • Offer excludes group bookings.
    • If flight dates or passenger names are changed by the customer following the original booking, the discount will no longer apply and the full balance shall be payable.
    • Prices shown on our websites and in our advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed.
    • Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or remove this promotion at any time prior to customer booking.

    • The Promoter shall not have any liability to anyone in relation to the use or non-use of the Code and all correspondence in relation to the Code shall be directed to Jet2holidays.

    General Information

  31. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners including but not limited to asking for images of product packaging including batch code and proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly stating the winner’s date of birth) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  32. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and on acceptance of a prize. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for any individuals (either winners or entrants) failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of any prize.
  33. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all Promotion matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  34. A list of Jet2holiday prize winners’ surnames and their counties of residence will be available by visting https://contactus.birdseye.co.uk/s/ within 3 months of the Main Promotional Period closing. The Promoter reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by visiting https://contactus.birdseye.co.uk/s/. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  35. Winners may be requested to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion. The Promoter may request to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity, but such use is made only after express written consent from the winner.
  36. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, or the claiming of vouchers and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions and invalidate any affected entries, at any stage. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  37. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize or voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  38. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the application process or operation of the website or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the Promotion.
  39. . The Promoter does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any website referred to in these Terms and Conditions and shall not be held responsible for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
  40. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Promotion parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entries, or for any faulty, incorrect, errors or failed electronic data transmissions;
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
    4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to entrants’ computers or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

    41. Promotion

  41. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  42. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English and Welsh law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
  43. By entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the secure transfer of their personal data to the Promoter and/or its agents for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.   2. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is open to GB residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion, including employees and officers (and their immediate family) of Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group.
  2. Purchase is necessary as described below. Keep packaging for on-pack batch code image and further verification if required. Retain proof of purchase. Internet access required.
  3. Main Promotional Period: The Main Promotional Period opens at 09:00 BST on 17.03.25 and closes 23.59 GMT 22.06.25. Purchases must be made and online entries completed within this period for a chance to win. Any entries received after the close of the Main Promotional Period and before the close of the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period will be allocated to the Wrap Up Draw. All valid entrants during the Main Promotional Period will also be eligible to claim a £70 off Jet2holidays voucher.
  4. Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period: There will be a Wrap Up Draw on 22.08.25 from all valid entries received between 00:00 GMT on 23.06.25. and 23:59 on 21.08.25. Any entries received after the close of the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period will not be accepted.

The batch code can be found on the back of pack in a white panel underneath the barcode.
  7. Promotional weeks for the weekly prize draws will run Monday to Sunday across the Main Promotional Period. All entries in a promotional week during the Main Promotional Period will be eligible for the corresponding weekly draw to held on the Tuesday following the end of the relevant promotional week. All entries received during the Wrap Up Draw period will be eligible for the Wrap Up Draw.
  8. During the Main Promotional Period entrants can only enter once per day and win a maximum of one of each type of prize.

  10. Entry requires the purchase of a promotional pack of Birds Eye Chips from any major retailer. Entrants must retain product packaging for on-pack batch code image and proof of purchase dated within the full Promotional Period for each individual entry, as they will be required for verification in the event of a win. Please note receipts must pre-date the entry and purchases must be made during the main Promotional Period, or the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period for entries into the Wrap Up Draw.
  11. Only genuine batch codes printed on pack can be used. Batch codes cannot be sold or transferred. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine batch codes in this Promotion will mean disqualification of entry.
  12. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  13. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or invalid entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  14. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who made an entry on some else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

    15. Prizes & Rewards

  15. There is a maximum total of 1,775 prizes available to be won as detailed hereafter.
  16. During the Main Promotional Period, there shall be a maximum total of 1,760 prizes available to be won across 10 x prize draws, and there shall be a maximum of 176 prizes to be won per prize draw during the term of the Main Promotional Period. These include:
    • A maximum total of 10 x £4,000 Jet2holiday vouchers (one voucher available to be won per prize draw)
    • A maximum total of 750 x pairs of ‘Chip Flops’ – (sizes consist of 250x large, 250x medium and 250x small) – a maximum of 75 ‘Chip Flops’ are available to be won per prize draw.) Sizes shall be the winners’ choice and are subject to availability
    • A maximum total of 1,000 x £10 off Birds Eye coupons to be used at selected retailers – (a maximum of 100 coupons are available to be won per prize draw)
  17. During the Wrap Up Promotional Period, there shall be a maximum total of 15 prizes to be won, and the Wrap Up Draw Prizes shall consist of a maximum total of 15x pairs of ‘Chip Flops’. Sizes shall be the winners’ choice and are subject to availability.
  18. All valid entrants during the Main Promotional Period will also be eligible to claim a £70 off Jet2holidays voucher reward.
  19. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The Jet2holiday voucher and £10 meal coupon prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or auctioned.

    20. Further prize details and terms and conditions:

    1. Jet2holidays £4,000 voucher

      One prize winner per prize draw will win one voucher to the value of £4,000 to spend on Jet2holidays. Each winner will win a Jet2holidays voucher to the value of £4,000 (“the Prize”). Please note, it must be used by each winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, booked via the Jet2holidays prize winners team via the email address provided during prize claim, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking. The winners may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize but the difference in value must be paid in full at the same time. If the total cost of the holiday(s) that the winner selects totals less than discount amount, the winner shall not be entitled to the difference, and that additional amount shall be forfeited.

      The voucher may only be used once and must be used by 31st August 2025, and all travel must be completed by 31st October 2026.

      The voucher can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at each winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.

      If any holiday booked by a winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).

      Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included.

      If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.

      Where the holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Promotion terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion terms and conditions, the Promotion terms and conditions will take precedence.

      Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value or greater).

      The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by each prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once booking has been made it cannot be amended.

      All passengers must have a valid passport to travel with an expiry date no less than 6 months following the date of travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements of the destination country including heath or medical requirements or similar.

      Travel insurance is not included. It is the winner’s and their guests’ responsibility to take out adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the prize trip. Jet2holidays Holidays will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred through a winners’ failure to take out adequate insurance.

      The winners and their guests are solely responsible for all expenses not expressly stated as being included as part of the booked holiday. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including, but not limited to additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the winner’s and their guests’ own responsibility.

    2. ‘Chip Flops’

      There is a maximum of 750 pairs of Chip Flops available to be won and these will be Birds Eye branded and available in small, medium and large sizes.

    3. £10 off Birds Eye Coupons

      There is a maximum of 1,000 x £10 off meal coupons to be won and a maximum of 100 coupons to be won per prize draw

      1. Eligible winners will receive their coupon via email to the email address provided on entry.
      2. Coupons can be redeemed at selected stores of the following retailers:
        1. Tesco
        2. Asda
        3. Morrisons
        4. Waitrose
        5. Sainsbury’s
        6. Iceland
      3. The coupon can be used as full or part payment for any Birds Eye products from a selected retailer in-store only.
      4. The coupon must be printed out for use.
      5. The coupon is valid for one transaction. If there is any remaining balance after the transaction, the remainder will be lost and forfeited.
      6. The coupon will be valid for 8 weeks from receipt of coupon link. Expiry date will be shown on coupon.
      7. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Only one coupon may be used per product purchased.
      8. The coupon may not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred or auctioned.
      9. Only original and undamaged coupons will be accepted. All retailers reserve the right to reject invalid coupons. The coupon must be surrendered upon use.
      10. Coupons are valid at self-checkouts, however some retailers may require manual intervention in order to redeem.
      11. Coupon redemption is at the retailers’ discretion and retailers may limit only two coupons of the same type and value to be redeemed in one purchase transaction.

    Weekly Prize Draw Winner Selection, Notification and Claim

  20. During the Main Promotional Period, there shall be a total of (1) 1x £4,000 All-Inclusive Jet2holiday voucher, (2) 75x Chip Flops and (3) 100x £10 Birds Eye meal coupons to be won in 10x prize draws.

    All entrants will be entered into the corresponding draw to win. Winners will be chosen over a period of 10 weeks by a randomised computer process for all valid entries received in that period as per the dates below. Promotional weeks for the weekly prize draws will run Monday to Sunday across the Main Promotional Period. All draws will be made on the Tuesday following each week of the Promotion, commencing 17.03.25 and ending 22.06.25, at which point winners will be drawn from all valid entries received in the preceding week of the Promotion within the Main Promotional Period.

    During each prize draw selection, the first winner to be drawn will win the 1x £4,000 Jet2holiday voucher, the next 75 to be drawn will win a pair of Chip Flops, and the next 100 to be drawn will win 1x £10 Birds Eye meal coupon, and the next.   21. £4,000 Jet2holiday voucher winners will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number submitted upon entry, within 7 days of each draw date, as outlined in Clause 21. This text message will include a Uniform Resource Name (URN) for £4,000 Jet2holidays voucher winners’ to quote when claim their prize. They will be required to respond with the URN and upload proof of purchase and image of batch code to the email address supplied (winner@birdseyetripswithchips.co.uk) and must confirm acceptance of their prize and provide proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID clearly stating the winner’s date of birth) within 14 days of the notifying text message.
    County of residence will be requested from Jet2holidays voucher winners for the purpose of collating the overall Promotion Winners the winners list unless an objection is received. Winners will be required to retain their receipt and product packaging in the event that it is needed for further verification.
  22. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, rejects the prize or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim their prize for a period of 3 months after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
  23. Upon receipt of a valid claim and the completion of the verification process, prize winners will be contacted via email, within 14 days, to advise next steps on booking their holiday. Prize winners will be invited to email Jet2holidays with a unique prize code to book their holiday direct with the Jet2holidays team.

    24. Chip Flop winners

  24. Chip Flop winners will be notified by text message to the mobile phone number they submitted on entry, within 7 days of each draw date, as outlined in Clause 21. This text message will include an URN for the winners to quote when claiming their prize. Winners will be required to respond, with their URN and details of their GB based home postal address to receive their prize and their preferred size to the email address supplied (winner@birdseyetripswithchips.co.uk) and must confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of the notifying text message. Please note sizes are subject to availability and the Promoter cannot guarantee preferred size will be received. Winners will be required to retain their receipt and product packaging in the event that it is needed for verification. In the event that a winner does not provide the required details within 14 days of the notifying text message, or rejects the prize or are ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice for each Chip Flop prize after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
  25. Chip Flop winners will be sent their Chip Flops to the GB based home postal address provided, within 28 days of receiving the home postal address via standard post. In the event a winner provides an address provided which is not GB based, they will be requested once to re-send details of a GB based home postal address; failure to do so will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.

    26. £10 off Birds Eye coupon winners

  26. The winners of the £10 off Birds Eye meal coupon will be emailed their coupon to the email address stated upon entry within 14 days of each draw taking place.

    27. Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection, Notification & Claim

  27. There will be a maximum total of 15x Chip Flop winners will be randomly drawn by computer process from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period on 22.08.25.
  28. Wrap Up Draw Winners will be contacted by 05.09.25 via text message to the mobile number used on entry and will be required to provide acceptance of their prize and provide details of their GB based home postal address within 14 days of the notifying text message to the email address provided. Winners will be required to keep their proof of purchase and packaging in the event that it is needed for verification. If a winner does not respond to the initial notifying text message within 14 days, or rejects the prize or are ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. It is the responsibility of all entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The process will repeat twice for each Chip Flop prize after which any remaining prizes will be null and void.   29. Winners will be sent their Chip Flops to the GB based home postal address provided within 28 days of receiving their home postal address via standard post. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners including but not limited to asking for images of product packaging including batch code and proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly stating the winner’s date of birth) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means.

  35. Winners may be requested to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this Promotion. The Promoter may request to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity, but such use is made only after express written consent from the winner.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, or the claiming of vouchers and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions and invalidate any affected entries, at any stage. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof;
    4. Insofar as permitted by law, any injury or damage to entrants’ computers or to any other person’s computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the promotion.

    41. Promotion

  41. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  42. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English and Welsh law and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

    Jet2holidays General Terms:
